I've wonder what's been up with him lately. He sings on three songs (although there nothing to write home about). If I'm not mistaken, Mike sang on the 'Rock Star' soundtrack. I hate to double post, but let me also go on record that I wasn't trying to be 'cute' using those abbreviations, but rather trying to save space to complete my thought. The production is also nothing to brag about, but if you want to hear a few good songs, decent music & fantastic vocalisations, then U have come to the right place b/c SH is 4 U. The musicianship is nowhere near astounding or creative it is standard from what you would expect from a band like this. There is really nothing else to rave about on Steelheart's self-titled debut, I'm being honet. Incredible.Īs you have already been told by everybody, yes, Michael Matijevics' voice IS incredible and that's it. Mike has the best voice in Rock and Roll hands down! Never Let You Go gave me shivers the first time I heard it! I still listen to it all the time. This is a classic hard rock album from a band that should have been so much bigger in the world. The production of Iron Maidens Bruce Dickinson is alsoo perfect. The songs just blows you away, with the perfect harmony between the heavy guitars and the exelent voice of Mike Matijevics.
